Shipping Policy

Shipment processing times

All Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If We are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of Your Order, We will contact You via email.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

Shipping charges for Your Orders will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Rates are based on fixed prices in Euro (€). Conversion to other currencies is dependent on exchange rates and may vary day by day. Rates are listed below:

Item sizes are as follows

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery for canvas print, framed or unframed, is 6-12 business days. These respective time frames are an estimate only and cannot be guaranteed. Dispatch times are dependent on product type and nearest printing facility. Overnight delivery is not available on any order. Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

We ship to addresses within the following countries: Andorra, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Canada, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Montenegro, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, San Marino, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom, United States. 

Shipping rates are calculated using the nearest printing location from Our third-party printers.

Couriers including FedEx, UPS and DPD cannot deliver to P.O. Box addresses. Outside Australia, canvas prints may be too large to be delivered to P.O. Box.

Some shipping providers may not accept a PO Box for delivery. Please ensure You select an appropriate shipping option if You are sending to a PO Box. Shipping providers that do accept PO Box delivery addresses may also require a physical address from Your home country once the package arrives at the first arrival point in Your home county. If this information is required, You should be contacted directly by Your shipping provider requesting additional details. We are unable to update addresses with shipping providers once the order has been completed.

Shipment confirmation and Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email once Your Order has shipped containing Your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

We are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to Your Order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes etc…)

Damages

We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. Please inspect Your order upon reception and contact Us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if You receive the wrong item, so that We can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. We may request photos of damage to assist in Our evaluation.
